Delivery & Returns

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags, in the state you received them and made within 30 days from purchase. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.


The client assumes responsibility for the courier costs associated with the exchange.


The request for exchange is made via email to within 1 week of receipt of purchase


The item is not a special order (all special order items are final sales)


The item is not a sale item (all sale items are final sales)


Refunds for product costs (excluding shipping charges) will only be given if all the above conditions are met and the client can provide satisfactory explanation for the refund requested.
